ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Poonam Walia - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Successful track record of meeting goals/quotas preferred
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Team-player
Attention to detail
Takes pride in getting the work done accurate and on time
Positive attitude and hunger to learn
Self-Motivated
Bilingual - Spanish required
Type 55 wpm

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
