Position Overview:

In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our agency. You will protect our community by managing client relationships, providing exceptional service, and having value-based conversations to ensure our local businesses and families have the right coverage.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Client Care: Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service regarding coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing.
  • Relationship Management: Build deep trust with existing policyholders to maximize client retention.
  • Risk Advisory: Review current policies, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate State Farm products.
  • Account Growth: Uncover cross-sell and up-sell opportunities naturally through daily, value-driven service interactions.
  • Sales Support: Prepare accurate quotes, present proposals, and guide clients smoothly from inquiry to policy issuance.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with underwriters and claims specialists to resolve complex client needs efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven track record in customer service, account management, or retail sales.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and active listening skills.
  • Mindset: Goal-oriented, empathetic, and genuinely excited to help small businesses succeed.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems; quick to learn proprietary insurance software.
  • Licensing: Valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred, or willingness to obtain it quickly.
Compensación: $41,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
