Compensation & Benefits
  • Expected Total Earnings: $37,000.00 – $60,000.00 / year (Base salary + performance-based commissions/bonuses)

 Key Responsibilities
  • Drive New Business: Prospect and engage leads through outbound calls, warm emails, and community networking.
  • Manage the Sales Pipeline: Build, track, and nurture a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Conduct Direct Outreach: Schedule and run consultation appointments to identify insurance gaps and close sales.
  • Exceed Sales Goals: Achieve and surpass monthly metrics, activity targets, and acquisition objectives.
  • Maintain Compliance: Ensure all sales, files, and interactions align with strict industry regulations.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven Sales Drive: Experience in outbound sales, retail sales, account management, or high-volume customer service.
  • Exceptional Communication: Ability to pitch complex insurance products in simple, relatable terms.
  • Resilience: Comfortable handling rejection and initiating contact with prospective buyers.
  • Tech-Savvy: Organized enough to manage a CRM pipeline and handle multiple tasks daily.
  • Licensing: Ability to obtain (or current possession of) Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses

Compensación: $37,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
