What You'll Do
- Assist existing customers with policy questions, billing, and coverage changes
- Identify customer needs and recommend additional insurance products
- Prepare quotes, follow up with prospects, and close sales
- Build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
- Generate new business through outbound calls and follow-ups
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to people
- Customer-focused with a strong sales mindset
- Motivated by goals, commissions, and results
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- California P&C license required OR ability to obtain within 60 days of hire

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
