At Poonam Walia State Farm, we're looking for an energetic, confident, and goal-driven individual who knows how to turn conversations into opportunities.

What You'll Do
- Make outbound cold calls to generate new insurance leads
- Engage prospects, identify interest, and qualify potential customers
- Schedule appointments for our licensed insurance agents
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Track calls, leads, and appointments
- Meet daily calling and appointment-setting goals
What We're Looking For
- Previous telemarketing, cold-calling, or outbound sales experience preferred
- Confident communicator who enjoys talking on the phone
- Comfortable handling rejection and overcoming objections
- Self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven
- Organized with strong follow-up skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
