Licensed Insurance Sales Representative – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

At Poonam Walia State Farm, we're looking for an ambitious, bilingual insurance professional who enjoys connecting with people, winning new business, and growing their income.
If you're a natural relationship-builder, motivated by goals, and confident closing sales, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do
- Prospect, generate leads, and build your own sales pipeline
- Quote and sell auto, home, life, and health insurance
- Follow up with prospects and close new business
- Identify cross-selling opportunities with existing customers
- Achieve individual sales goals
What We're Looking For
- Active California P&C license – Required
- Active California Life & Health licenses – Required
- Fluent in English and Spanish – Required
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
- State Farm experience is a plus, but not required!

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $58,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in Riverside, CA and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:
- Auto insurance
- Home insurance
- Life insurance
- Retirement planning
